The candidate participates as a senior member of the STARS EP software development team – planning, scheduling, designing, implementing, integrating, and testing requisite software.  Creates and maintains the development and continuous integration environments for the software.     Entry Level Analyst

    Journeyman Engineer

    MTA, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Journeyman Engineer experienced in disciplines related to lifecycle performance of complex systems. Specific experience with Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) Engineering is a plus.

    The Journeyman Engineer will work independently, with minimal guidance, related to the performance of assigned work. The Journeyman Engineer is responsible for:

    • Understanding operational parameters of systems of systems, systems, and components
    • Familiarity with the content and structure of large data sets
    • Analysis of flight and failure data using established methods, calculations, practices, and tools (i.e. FEMA, FRACAS, FMECA, MTBR, MTTR, Weibull)
    • Review of design, test and technical documentation
    • Supporting IPTs, review boards, meetings, and presentations

    Expert Systems Analyst

    MTA has an immediate need for an Expert Systems Analyst to support Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) at Redstone Arsenal, AL. The Expert Systems Analysts support the RAM Engineering & System Assessment Division as consultants. Consultants are awarded hours by MTA based on the needs of our customer and the availability of the consultant. Consultants interested in this position must be willing to accept assignments that require dynamic time requirements, depending on project schedules.

    Expert Systems Analyst performs RAM analysis utilizing complex calculations, advanced reliability prediction tools, develop maintainability analysis and prepare reports, processes and recommendations for advanced systems. Consultants are required to work with the RAM division and their customers utilizing superb customer service and communication skills.     Subject Matter Expert

    Description: The selected candidate will support a team of engineering professionals performing system and software engineering in the design, development and delivery of an electronic system. A proven background in real time Weapon Systems operations is required as is a background in mission planning, mission execution and mission analysis. Experience in weapon systems acquisition, development and deployment is required. The SME will be responsible for supporting the Program Manager and Lead Engineer with matters concerning operational use of complex weapon and sensor systems.     Senior Quality Control Engineer

    Program Manager

    MTA, Inc. is accepting resumes for the position of Program Manager to support the Naval Air Station in Jacksonville, Florida. Upon award of a contract, this position is expected to be filled in the September 2018 timeframe. The Program Manager will reside in Jacksonville, Florida. This position reports to the MTA Vice President of Programs.

    The Program Manager will provide overall management and administration for the contractual effort, be the primary interface and point of contact with government program customers, and organize, coordinate, and control the program activities to ensure compliance with the contract requirements.
